All shirts are hand printed in our studio and most often printed before the design is listed in the cart. We try our best to ship as fast as possible, however, we do ask that you are mindful of the fact that we’re a small business with no outsourcing. Currently, our turnaround time is approximately 3 business days, not including shipping. During busy seasons, this can be 7 business days. Custom orders and pre-orders will have individual shipping schedules provided within the listing. Please place your order with that in mind!

We ship everything USPS First Class Or Priority (based on weight) with tracking to provide you the ability to locate your package when it is in transit to you. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. We ship to the address provided via website checkout. Once you check out and submit your order you must immediately email email@example.com to change anything. So please double check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out. (And remember, shipping time does not include weekends or holidays!)
Feather & Wild is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our studio.
We do ship internationally. Times for international shipping can range from 5 days to 5 weeks. With international shipping, we ship First Class International with USPS which allows us to give International tracking. Shipping for International orders is typically between $10-$15. Any custom/duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-Orders are done throughout the year so that you have a chance to reserve your favorite F&W items and don’t risk them selling out. With Pre-Orders we typically open up purchasing 4-6 weeks in advance, so please take note of that when you are purchasing any “Pre-Order” item. Our cart does require that pre-order items be purchased individually. We know this is a bit of an inconvenience, but this allows us to keep you updated on the status of your pre-order easier. With this in mind, most of our coupon codes can be used multiple times so you don’t miss out on your discount!
All sale and discount items are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations. If you would like to exchange/return an item that did not work out for you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org first to make sure your exchange/return is able to be processed. We are only able to process an exchange and or return that is made within 14 days of your USPS delivery date. Also, we allow items to be exchanged/returned only if they are unwashed and unworn, and if we are still carrying the specific items. Otherwise, a refund or store credit will be offered. We cannot hold items until restocks arrive. Returns (minus return shipping charges) will be processed as soon as possible after we receive it from our P.O Box. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
While we all LOVE social media, please note that ALL order inquiries, questions or updates of stock must be asked and confirmed via email – you can reach us at email@example.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response as again, we are a small business juggling daily life with five kids. 🙂 We do our best to reply to you as quickly as we possibly can. With this, we are not always available on weekends either. Most emails received on a Friday will be answered on Monday.
